湖北汽车工业学院关于对违反学籍管理规定留学生做退学处理的公示

根据《湖北汽车工业学院来华留学生学籍管理规定（试行）》（汽院发【2020】19号）第五章第二十三条相关规定：学生休学期满，应当于学期正式上课前持有关证件，来校办理复学手续。现有我校8名留学生休学期满，未申请延期休学或复学，予以退学。经湖北汽车工业学院国际教育学院审核，对以下12名来华学历留学生作自动退学处理，注销其学籍。

公示期为5个工作日（2026年10月8日-2026年10月13日）

拟做退学处理的留学生名单如下：

Hubei University of Automotive Technology's Public Notice on the Withdrawal of International Students Who Violated the Regulations on the Management of Student Status for International Students

In accordance with Article 23, Chapter V of the Regulations on the Management of Student Status for International Students at Hubei University of Automotive Technology (Trial) (HUAT Document [2020] No. 19), students whosestudy suspensionhas expired shall, before the official start of classes in the semester, come to the university with the relevant documents to complete the procedures for resuming their studies. Currently,12international students of our university have completed their leave ofsuspensionbut failed to submit an application forextending suspension orresumption of studies within the prescribed time. Upon review by the School of International Education of Hubei University of Automotive Technology, the following eight international students pursuing degree programs in China will be treated as automatically withdrawn, and their student status will be canceled.
