今兹有我校2名来华留学生研究生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。根据《湖北汽车工业学院来华留学生学籍管理规定（试行）》（汽院发【2020】19号）第六章第二十七条相关规定，经湖北汽车工业学院国际教育学院审核，对以下2名来华学历留学生作自动退学处理，注销其学籍。

公示期为5个工作日（2025年11月18日-2025年11月24日）

拟做退学处理的学历留学生名单如下：

Two international students of Hubei University of Automotive Technology（HUAT）do not submit application for resumption of studies within the prescribed time upon end of schooling suspension. According to Chapter 6, Article 27 of the Regulations of HUAT on the Management of Student Status of International Students (No.19[2020] issued by HUAT), After confirmation by School of International Education of HUAT, it is decided that the following 2 international students will be automatically quit of school and his school enrollment registration information will be canceled.

The publicity period of this decision is 5 workdays (November 18^th, 2025 - November 24^th, 2025).
