2024年秋季季学期开学以来，我校部分来华留学生未能在规定时间内注册，也一直未主动联系学校说明具体原因。根据《湖北汽车工业学院来华留学生学籍管理规定（试行）》（汽院发【2020】19号）第二十七条相关规定，休学、保留学籍期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请或者申请复学经复查不合格的，予以退学处理。经湖北汽车工业学院国际教育学院审核，对以下8名来华学历留学生作自动退学处理，注销其学籍。

公示期为5个工作日（2024年6月12日-2024年6月18日）

拟做退学处理的学历留学生名单如下：

Hubei University of Automotive Technology’s Publicity on Dropping Out of students who have exceeded the maximum suspension period

Since September 2024, some international students of Hubei University of Automotive Technology（HUAT） have not registered within the specified time, nor have they contacted the school to explain the specific reasons. According to Article 27 of the Regulations of HUAT on the Management of Student Status of International Students (No.19[2020] issued by HUAT), those who take a leave of suspension or retain their student status, but fail to apply for resumption of studies within the prescribed time limit by the school, or whose application for resumption of studies is found to be unqualified after re-examination, shall be expelled from school. After confirmation by School of International Education of HUAT, it is decided that the following 3 international students will be automatically dropped out of school and their school enrollment will be cancelled.

The publicity period of this decision is 5 workdays (June 12, 2024-June 18, 2024).
